Ursolic acid is an organic compound with the molecular formula C30H48O3. It is a natural triterpenoid carboxylic acid compound with preventive and anti-cancer properties and can be used as an emulsifier in pharmaceuticals and foods.

Rosemary extract can be divided into two types: oil-soluble (antioxidant) and water-soluble (antioxidant and preservative). The active ingredient of the former is mainly carnosic acid, and the active ingredient of the latter is mainly rosmarinol.
